Pyrum Innovations AG: Mandatory notification of trades by close associates of primary insiders

Reference is made to the latest capital increase with subscription rights from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company").

In connection with the capital increase, Satherm GmbH, a close associate of primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen Franz Opitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 1,512 new shares at a price of EUR 27.50 per share.

Notifications pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 are attached.
