Major Shareholding Disclosure

JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") has a notifiable interest in the share capital of Panoro Energy ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 22 October was 7,475,027 being 5,322% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 22 October 2026.
