Orkla's Board of Directors and Chair of the Board of Directors elected

The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA was held today. All Board members were up for election.

The following Board members were re-elected for one year: Stein Erik Hagen, Liselott Kilaas, Christina Fagerberg, Rolv Erik Ryssdal and Bengt Rem.

In addition, the following new Board members were elected for one year: Christer Kjos and Susanna Campbell.

Stein Erik Hagen was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors, as proposed by the nomination committee.
