Orkla ASA: Completion of share buy-back programme
Orkla's buyback program, announced on 14 November 2025, is now completed. The total number of shares purchased under the program was 37,542,917 at an average price of NOK 106.5428 per share, for a total consideration of NOK 4.0 billion. Following the transactions, Orkla ASA owns a total of 23,698,870 own shares, representing 2.4% of Orkla ASA's share capital. 16,001,026 shares were redeemed (cancelled) following a resolution by the AGM in 2026. The remaining shares repurchased under the buyback program will be redeemed, subject to approval by the AGM in 2027.
