Disclosure of shareholding

On March 16th 2026, LHH AS was allocated 15.000.000 shares in Lifecare ASA after exercising 15.000.000 Warrants Series 1 on March 13th 2026. Following the allocation, LHH AS owns 15.000.000 shares in Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a share of 5,03 % of the shares and votes in the company.
