Huddlestock announces resignation of CFO and strengthens organisation for the next commercial phase

CFO Sabine Merky has informed the Board of Directors and CEO of Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock") that she will be stepping down from her role to pursue a new professional opportunitiy. Merky will remain in her position until 30 September 2026. "We thank Sabine for her valuable contributions and wish her every success going forward," says Leif Arnold Thomas, CEO of Huddlestock. "Our focus is on delivering cutting edge technology for the financial industry and we are in an exciting phase as we accelerate the commercialisation of Giga Broker and our Investment-as-a-Service offering across Europe. It is natural that the Board will re-evaluate the organisational structure, responsibilities and roles through a use of people and technology to maximize efforts on commercialisation and ensure a clear path to profitability through a lean organisation".
