Gold Road International plc (“Gold Road”) reports on its unaudited production figures for July 2026. See attached report for graphs.
Gold Road International plc (“Gold Road”) reports on its unaudited production figures for July 2026. Gold Road processed 13.790 tons of feed in total, split between 2.480 tons of feed from the Gold Road Mine (ore) and 11.310 tons of residues from legacy mining operations at the Tom Reed Mine (tailings). The average recovered grade was about 0,74 gram per ton. 10.189 grams of gold were recovered in the mill (328 ounces). 6.169 grams of gold were poured as doré (198 ounces).
Additionally, about 2.300 tons of ore with an estimated grade of about 4 gram/ton are temporally stockpiled underground as of end July 2026, as the company applies the shrink stoping approach. Shrink stoping is applied in some sections, whereby the miners extract ore from the bottom up in horizontal slices, blasting the rock overhead. About 80% of the broken ore is left in the stope as a temporary platform to drill the next slice, before being extracted when the whole section (stope) is completed. This is an effective method, though influencing the timing of the gold extraction and processing.
The finalization of the construction of the second filter press line and of the rehabilitation of the ball mill are now expected about end August/early September, delayed amongst others due to unforeseen delays in the last deliveries of critical parts. The ball mill rehabilitation started at the end of 2025 and will increase plant capacity, grinding capacity and the gold recovery ratio. The second filter press line will increase plant resilience and capacity. The shrink stoping is done in the Eastern part of the 4201 section. Ore is also mined in the 970, 500East and 730East sections. The Western part of the 4201 section and the Y-stope East are ready for shrink stope mining and the 700-level rail line is being prepared for use.
The 1,25 mill. USD buy-back of the 1,5% royalty to PPG Arizona Holdings Acquisition LP was executed July 7th, 2026. Two underground haul trucks and two specialized narrow vein loaders were acquired in July 2026.
