Aveleos Withdraws Request for 3rd Arbitration

As previously reported, in April 2026 Aveleos requested a third arbitration whereby it asked to be compensated for legal costs incurred in relation to the first arbitration proceedings. Due to the ongoing appeals, it has been uncertain whether this arbitration would proceed.

Today EAM has learned that Aveleos has withdrawn their request and this third arbitration will not proceed further.
