Rights Issue Update - Minimum amount of subscriptions reached

The Company is pleased to inform that subscriptions for more than the minimum amount of NOK 40 million have been received as of the end of the day yesterday, 6 July 2026.

The Company does not expect to update the market further on subscription status before the end of the subscription period.
