Last day of the subscription period in the rights issue

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements made by EAM Solar AS (the "Company") regarding the underwritten rights issue of between 80 million and 110 million new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"), raising gross proceeds of minimum NOK 40 million and up to NOK 55 million (the "Rights Issue"). The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") will expire today, 7 July 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST). Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by Norne Securities AS, the Manager in the Rights Issue, or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered through the VPS online subscription system, by the expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription Rights which are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
