EAM Solar AS: Rights Issue - Supplemental Prospectus Issued

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from EAM Solar AS (the "Company") as of 23 June 2026 regarding commencement of the NOK 40 to 55 million Rights Offering (the "Rights Offering) and the updates regarding the positive decision by Milan Court of Appeal regarding 2nd Arbitration Decision, as published on 29 June 2026. Based on decision from the Milan Court of Appeal, the Company has published a supplemental prospectus (“Supplemental Prospectus”) dated 30 June 2026. The Supplemental Prospectus is, subject to local applicable securities laws, available at the website of Norne Securities AS on www.norne.no/EAM. Subscribers who have subscribed for shares prior to publication of the Supplemental Prospectus have a right to withdraw their subscription until Monday 6 July at 16:30 CEST, as set out in the Prospectus Regulation art. 23. There are no changes to the Subscription Period, trading period for the Subscription Rights, or anticipated dates for allocation, payment and settlement.
