CMB.TECH – Ex-Distribution Date

ANTWERP, BELGIUM, 2 June 2026 – Reference is made to the announcement on 26 May 2026 regarding the distribution by CMB.TECH NV (“CMBT”, “CMB.TECH” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs: CMBTO).

The Company’s common shares will be traded ex-distribution of USD 0.64 per common share on Euronext Brussels and the Oslo Stock Exchange from 2 June 2026, and on the New York Stock Exchange from 3 June 2026.

The total distribution of USD 0.64 per share consists of: USD 0.20 per share as an interim dividend, and USD 0.44 per share as a distribution out of share premium, as further described in the press release dated 26 May 2026. Distributions payable to shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will be made in NOK. The conversion from USD to NOK will take place two business days prior to the payment date for shareholders registered in VPS.
