CMB.TECH - Ex-Distribution Date

ANTWERP, BELGIUM, 15 October 2026 - Reference is made to the announcement on 8 October 2026 regarding the distribution by CMB.TECH NV ("CMBT", "CMB.TECH" or the "Company") (NYSE: CMBT, Euronext Brussels: CMBT and Euronext Oslo Børs: CMBT). The Company's common shares will be traded ex-distribution of USD 0.64 per common share on Euronext Brussel and Euronext Oslo Børs from 15 October 2026, and on the New York Stock Exchange from 16 October 2026. The total distribution of USD 0.64 per share consists of USD 0.21 per share as an intermediary dividend and USD 0.43 per share as a distribution out of the available share premium, as further described in the press release dated 8 October 2026. Distributions payable on shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will be made in NOK. The conversion from USD to NOK will take place two business days prior to the payment date for shareholders registered in VPS.
