Archer Limited: Disclosure of large shareholding

Funds or accounts managed or advised by Lodbrok Capital LLP ("Lodbrok") has on 13 April 2026 sold 200,000 common shares in Archer Limited. As a result of the sale, Lodbrok's shareholding has crossed below the 5% threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, and Lodbrok's current shareholding is 4,852,743 common shares, corresponding to 4.9 % of the total number of shares and votes in Archer Limited. This disclosure is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
