Notice of transaction by PDMR

Charlotte Bårdsen Torvestad, employee‑elected deputy member of the board of Aker BP ASA, has today sold 3,300 Aker BP shares at a price of NOK 356 per share. After this, Torvestad holds 3,605 shares in Aker BP.
