Minutes from Annual General Meeting 2026
The annual general meeting of Aker BP ASA (OSE: AKRBP) (OTCQX: AKRBF; AKRBY) was held on 21 April 2026 as a digital meeting with online participation. The minutes are attached and available at akerbp.com/general-meeting/.
At the general meeting, Øyvind Eriksen was re-elected as chair of the board and Trond Brandsrud, Doris Reiter and Charles Ashley Heppenstall were re-elected as directors. David Latin was elected as new director. All were elected for the period from the annual general meeting in 2026 until the annual general meeting in 2027.
Following the elections, the board of Aker BP ASA is comprised of the following shareholder elected directors, with election periods in brackets:

Anne Marie Cannon, deputy chair (2025-2027)

In addition, Svein Oskar Stoknes was re-elected as chair of the nomination committee, Donna Riley re-elected as member and Nils Bastiansen elected as new member, all for a one year-term.
All agenda items were approved as proposed.
