Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

Ståle Flataker, primary insider of Lokotech Group AS, transferred on 31 March 2026 a total of 263,012 subscription rights in Lokotech Group AS (OSE: LOKOS) from his private holdings to his wholly owned company BFS Invest AS. The subscription rights were transferred at a price of NOK 0.26 per subscription right.

Following the transaction, Ståle Flataker, together with related parties, directly and indirectly holds a total of 10,540,317 shares and 1,175,050 subscription rights in the Company. The ownership position remains unchanged, as the transfer was an internal transaction between closely associated entities.
