Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insiders

Oslo, 2 October 2026 -- Ola Stene-Johansen, CEO of Lokotech Group AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: LOKO), in the period of the 30th of September 2026 to 2nd october 2026, transferred 2,252,389 shares in Lokotech Group AS at an average price of NOK 0,7000per share to Infigent AS, a holding company under his control. He also sold 826,111 shares at an average price of 0,6951. The transfer and sale was carried out to repay shares borrowed from Infigent AS, as well as personal tax liabilities stemming from exercising of 3,000,000 options in late 2024/early 2025. Following the transactions, Ola Stene-Johansen directly and indirectly holds a total of 22,991,882 shares in Lokotech Group AS. Yngve Johansen, Chairman of the board of Lokotech Group AS, has in the period of 30th of September 2026 to 2nd of October 2026 sold 4,132,599 shares at an average price of 0,6711. The sale was carried out to cover personal tax liabilities stemming from the transfer of shares between Yngve and his holding company, Black Monday Holding AS on the 20th of February 2025 as well as settling debt that financed exercising of options announced the 23rd of December 2024. Following the transactions, Yngve Johansen and close associates directly and indirectly holds a total of 4,984,563 shares in Lokotech Group AS.
