On March 26th, 2026, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, was allocated 10,937,567 new shares in Lifecare ASA (ISIN NO0013355859). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, held a total of 15,240,905 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.11% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company. The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries was as follows: Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB 0,020% Nordnet Livsforsikring AS 5,093%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
