GDS-II sign-off completed

Lokotech AS today announced the successful completion of final quality control and GDS-II sign-off for its full commercial Scrypt/AI ASIC design, following an extensive dry-run phase.

The conclusion is that the design passed all prerequisites, and that the relevant technical risks has been mitigated in an acceptable manner. Residual technical risk is considered low in the now signed-off design. The GDS-II file with required supporting documentation has been submitted to our IC assembly partner that will repeat checks related to manufacturability before transfer to the foundry for initiation of mask set fabrication (Commonly reffered to as "tape-out"). The market will be notified as soon as the design is taped out. This sign-off signifies the most important milestone met since project inception in late 2020.
