Postponement of third quarter 2025 results due to process in India

Orkla ASA's third quarter results will be published on 14 November 2025 instead of the previously communicated date of 29 October 2025. This postponement is linked to restrictions related to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares by Orkla India, a subsidiary of Orkla ASA.
