Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders

Procia Invest AS, a related party to Liselott Kilaas, board member of Orkla ASA, has on 2 December 2025 bought 2,500 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 108.10 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Kilaas and related parties own 23,900 shares in Orkla.
