NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR HOLDINGS

In connection with the demerger of Lacal AS-which, prior to the demerger, held 60,200,000 shares in Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a 13.99 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights-Lacal's ownership interest is, as of November 6th 2026, distributed as follows:

20,066,666 shares, corresponding to a 4.66 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights, have been transferred to LHH AS. Following the transaction, LHH AS holds 25,066,666 shares in Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a 5.82 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights.

20,066,667 shares, corresponding to a 4.66 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights, have been transferred to CHM AS. Following the transaction, CHM AS holds 20,066,667 shares in Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a 4.66 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights.

20,066,667 shares, corresponding to a 4.66 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights, have been transferred to Brattopsa AS. Following the transaction, Brattopsa AS holds 20,066,667 shares in Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a 4.66 percent stake in the company's shares and voting rights.

Following the transaction, Lacal AS holds 0 shares in the company.
