EAM Solar AS: New Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by EAM Solar AS (the "Company") on 28 October 2025 regarding the final results of the rights issue (the "Rights Issue").

The share capital increase pertaining to the rights issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's registered share capital following the registration is NOK 20 320 980 divided on 20 320 980 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 per share.
