Archer Limited: Share capital increase - vesting of restricted stock units

Hamilton, Bermuda (October 29, 2026)

In connection with Archer's long term incentive program 118,905 restricted stock units ("RSUs") have vested. In connection with the vesting of RSUs, Archer Limited has issued 118,905 common shares, of which 112,105 common shares have been distributed to Archer employees. 6,800 shares will be held in treasury by Archer Limited, pending delivery to the remaining awardees under the program.

Adam Todd, the General Counsel in the Company, received 6,800 shares. Please see the attached PDMR-form for further details.

Following registration of the new share capital, the Company's issued share capital is USD 996,143.03 divided into 99,614,303 common shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.01.
