Magnora ASA: Grant of share options under employee incentive scheme

Employees of Magnora ASA have been granted a total of 84,071 share options. The grant follows the approval of a share options programme at the Annual General Meeting 29 April 2025 and the approval by the Board of Directors to grant up to 10,000 options per employee based on the employee's shareholding in Magnora ASA. On 6 November 2025 the Board approved the award of the options.

All the share options have strike price of NOK 21.89 and vesting period of 3 years, each option gives the right to acquire one share in the company, and the options expire 5 years from vesting date.

For each employee granted such options, the number of options granted, resulting number of options held, shares owned and/or controlled, and corresponding owner share (%) are as follows:
