Lars Schedin, Board member in Magnora ASA, has purchased 12,000 shares in Magnora ASA today 23 September 2026 at NOK 21.35 per share.

Following this acquisition, Lars Schedin controls 37,000 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.05 per cent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
