Mandatory notification of trade

Kjølvik Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Ole Jakob Kjølvik, Arribatec CEO and primary insider, has on 30 September 2026 acquired 25,445 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 3.93 per share as part of the Employee Share Purchase Programme. Following this transaction, Ole Jakob Kjølvik holds a total of 160,103 shares directly and indirectly through Kjølvik Invest AS. The shares will be transferred subsequent to the completion of Arribatec's ongoing buy-back programme.
