Mandatory notification of trade

Bent Hammer, CFO and primary insider, has on 30 September 2026 acquired 25,445 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 3.93 per share as part of the Employee Share Purchase Programme. Following this transaction, Bent Hammer holds a total of 46,445 shares. The shares will be transferred subsequent to the completion of Arribatec's ongoing buy-back programme.
