Shareholder Information Meeting: 1 September 2026

In the 2026 H1 Report, the Company announced its intention to hold a shareholder information meeting on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

The Company would like to invite interested shareholders to attend this information meeting at 17:00 on Tuesday, 1 September 2026.

The presentation will summarize recent developments, the current position of EAM Solar, as well as timelines for ongoing and future legal processes and the rebuilding of Scardino and Brundensini power plants.

The meeting will be held electronically, by Microsoft Teams. The digital meeting link will follow in a separate announcement along with any presentation materials.
