VAT Refunds Received by Italian Subsidiaries

As described in the investment memorandum and the company presentation in connection with the equity increase in June/July 2026, EAM's three subsidiaries in Italy have applied for a significant VAT refund in spring 2026, estimated in total at approximately EUR 1.64 million. The VAT refund is identified in the information material as significant "one-off items".

EAM companies ENS Solar One and ENFO 25 today received a total of EUR 1.48 million (NOK 16.2 million) in VAT refund, corresponding to 100% of the requested refund.

The subsidiary EAM Solar Italy Holdings' application for a VAT refund has been approved, but the exact amount of the approved refund has not yet been disclosed. The company expects information on the approved refund amount in September 2026.

The VAT refund will not affect the company's profit and loss for the period, but will improve the group's cash position.
