Exercise of Options

2nd of June 2026

Christian Rustad, board member, has exercised 3,000,000 options at NOK 0.4452 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 1,335,600 to Lokotech Group AS.

The exercised options represent all of the "repair options" granted on 24th of June 2025 in accordance with the company's share option program.

The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
