Cosimo AS, a company owned 100% by Trygve Bruland, who is a member of the board and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought on the 19 August 2026, 160,000 shares in the Company from Trygve Bruland personally at a price of NOK 26.75 per share. Following the transaction, Trygve Bruland's total combined direct and indirect shareholding in the Company is unchanged at 660,000, of which 0 shares are owned by Trygve Bruland personally, and 660,000 shares are owned by his company Cosimo AS.

Thomas Embla Bonnerud, member of the board and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought 2,250 shares in the Company on 19 August 2026 at a price of NOK 26,75 per share. Following the transaction, Thomas Embla Bonnerud holds 2,250 shares in the Company.

Jens Leth, COO and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought 4,000 shares in the Company on 19 August 2026 at a price of NOK 26,86 per share. Following the transaction, Jens Leth holds 4,000 shares in the Company.

Tomislav Krznari , Business Unit Director and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought 4,000 shares in the Company on 19 August 2026 at a price of NOK 26,76 per share. Following the transaction, Tomislav Krznari holds 4,000 shares in the Company.

Kristin Hellebust, CLO and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought on the 19 August 2026 and 20 august 2026, respectively, 2,950 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 27 per share and 2,500 shares in the Company at a price of 25 NOK. Following the transaction, Kristin Hellebust total combined shareholding in the Company is 81,193 shares in the Company.
