Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q2 2026

Sandnes, Norway, 21 August 2026: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.355 per share for the second quarter of 2026, as of today 21 August.

The extraordinary general meeting held on 17 August in Vår Energi resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 1.355 per share, NOK  3 382 630 463 in total, equal to USD 350 million, relating to Q2 2026. The dividend will be paid on 1 September in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 20 July approximately at 1600 CEST.
