Sentia ASA Transactions and completion of the company s share repurchase program

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on May 13th 2026 by Sentia ASA ("Sentia" or the "Company") regarding the launch of the Company's share buyback program to repurchase shares for a total consideration of up to NOK 40 million.

The program was carried out during the period from 13 May to 20 May 2026 and has now been completed. The shares under the program were repurchased at an average price of NOK 70.7085 per share. The transactions carried out under the agreement with ABG Sundal Collier ASA ("ABGSC") comprise all transactions effected by or on behalf of Sentia during the repurchase period.

For the period from 13 May to 20 May, ABGSC, on behalf of Sentia, purchased a total of 440,000 shares at an average price of NOK 70.7085 per share. All transactions during the period were carried out under the agreement with ABGSC on behalf of Sentia on various trading venues.

Following completion of the above transactions, Sentia held a total of 440,000 treasury shares, corresponding to 0.44% of the Company's share capital.

The share repurchase program is hereby completed.
