HENT, a subsidiary of Sentia, enters preliminary agreement with Nscale for two additional data centres in the Narvik region

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 23 December 2025 regarding the construction of a data centre in Narvik. HENT has now entered a Limited Notice to Proceed (LNTP) with Nscale for the construction of two additional data centres with a combined capacity of 75 MW in Kvanndal, outside Narvik.

-It is a recognition to be further selected to realise one of the more exciting industrial projects in Northern Norway. Through the LNTP agreement, we are now able to sit down with Nscale to develop the solutions further, and we look forward to a strong collaboration in creating a modern and robust facility, says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.

HENT will construct the building structure and infrastructure, Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA).

The parties aim to enter a full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the project in June 2026
