Sentia mandatory notification of trades

In connection with the share purchase programme of Sentia ASA ("Sentia"), the following primary insiders have purchased shares:

The shares have been purchased at a price equal to the volume-weighted average share price of the Sentia share on Oslo Børs during the period 2--8 June 2026, less a discount of 20%, i.e. NOK 58.17368 per share. Shares purchased through the share purchase program are subject to a one-year lock-up period. See the attached forms for further information about the transactions.
