Questerre – Ex-Date for Corporate Reorganization

Questerre Energy Corporation (“Questerre” or the “Company”) (TSX,OSE:QEC) reported January 22, 2026 as the ex-date for the corporate reorganization to spin out the Company's Quebec assets.

Further to the Company's press release dated January 20, 2026, the Company's Common Shares will be traded exclusive of the right to receive the Series 2 Preferred Shares as from today, January 22, 2026.
