Kontrari AS hereby notifies that, following the acquisition of 30 093 704 shares in Prosafe on 13 May 2026 , Kontrari AS has crossed the 5% and 10% thresholds following the acquisition of shares in Prosafe. Following the transaction, Kontrari AS holds 44 596 704 shares in Prosafe SE, corresponding to approximately 12,65 % of the share capital and voting rights. This notification is made on behalf of Kontrari AS.
