DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDINGS

On 7th May 2026, The Export & Import Bank of China has sold of 577,062 ordinary shares in Prosafe SE (PRS) (the "Company"), resulting in falling below the disclosure threshold.

As a result of the transaction, The Export & Import Bank of China holds 35,026,807 shares, representing approx. 9.94%% of the Company’s share capital and voting rights, and thus falling below the 10% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2, cf. section 4-3, of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
