PetroNor E&P ASA: Increase to Nigeria OML 113 interest completed

Oslo, 18 February 2026: PetroNor E&P ASA ("PetroNor" or the "Company") refers to previous market updates on the agreement with New Age (African Global Energy) Limited (“New Age”) to acquire New Age’s interests in OML 113 in Nigeria which contains the Aje Field.

PetroNor is pleased to announce the completion of the New Age transaction with the corporate acquisition of the New Age Nigerian subsidiary company. This further consolidates the joint venture partnership, aiding the plans for the re-development of the Aje field.
