PetroNor E&P ASA: Q3 2026 production update
Oslo, 9 October 2026: PetroNor E&P ASA is providing the following update on the PNGF Sud field operations in Congo.
Third quarter average net working interest production was 4,298 bopd*, compared with 5,045 bopd during the previous quarter and 4,116 bopd in the third quarter of 2025.
As signalled with the second quarter results, third quarter production has been impacted by an unusually high number of wells requiring a workover intervention to restore capacity. This translates into a lower production efficiency for the quarter of 90% compared with 93% in the previous quarter. In response, a third crew has been engaged to address the workover queue. An improvement in efficiency and production rate is expected in the fourth quarter.
The full account of production performance (including final allocations for September) will be presented in the interim report for the third quarter of 2026 on 20 November.
*Effective 16.83 per cent net to PetroNor working interest production with preliminary only production allocations for September.
