Share Buyback Program - update

Otello refers to the stock exchange announcement of 8 June 2026 announcing the share buyback program. Otello hereby updates the market that the board of directors has decided to increase the maximum consideration to be paid for shares acquired under the buyback program to NOK 25 per share.
