ODL – Directorate Change

Odfjell Drilling Ltd (“Odfjell Drilling” or the “Company”, OSE:ODL), notes that Harald Thorstein has informed the board of his decision to step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of Odfjell Drilling Ltd with effect from today, 30 April 2026.

Pursuant to the Company’s Bye-Laws, the resulting vacancy on the Board of Directors does not need to be filled and the Board will now consist of four non-executive directors.

The Board of Odfjell Drilling Ltd commented: “We would like to thank Harald for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
