Odfjell Drilling Ltd – Update on Odfjell Offshore Ltd Tax Case

Reference is made to the press release of 17 April 2026 regarding the unanimous verdict from the Gulating Court of Appeal in favour of Odfjell Offshore Ltd (“OFO”) in the longstanding tax case.

The Norwegian Tax Authorities have appealed the verdict to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court's appeals committee is expected to decide whether the appeal is admitted within approximately three months.
