Norsk Titanium AS: Registration of share capital increase in relation to the Subsequent Offering
Oslo, 4 August 2026. Reference is made to the announcement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 24 July 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") and the resolution by the Board of Directors to issue 12,055,995 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares").
The share capital increase in relation to the issuance of the Offer Shares has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 104,122,149.36 divided into 1,301,526,867 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.08 and representing one vote in the Company's general meeting.
