SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Acquisition of own Equity Certificates for employees

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has today acquired its own equity certificates (ticker: NONG) for employees participating in share savings programme.

The equity certificates were purchased on Oslo Børs at a price of NOK 148,00 and will be allocated to employees at the same price.

The transaction includes allocations of NONG to the following persons with managerial responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge:

Trude Glad (61 NONG), Hanne Karoline Kræmer (60 NONG), Stein Vidar Loftås (60 NONG) and May Britt Nilsen (60 NONG)
