New record date - Annual General Meeting 2026

Oslo, 11 May 2026.

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Financials ASA (the "Company" or "NOFIN") on 7 May 2026 regarding notice of the Annual General Meeting 2026. Due to an oversight, the notice states that only shareholders in the Company five business days prior to the general meeting, i.e. on 21 May 2026 (the "Record Date"), are entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting.

The Company hereby announces that the correct Record Date is 20 May 2026, i.e. only shareholders in the Company five business days prior to the general meeting (20 May 2026) are entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting.
