Oslo, 1 March 2026 Svend Egil Larsen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Nordic Financials ASA, on 27 February, through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, purchased 25,851 shares in Nordic Financials ASA at NOK 1.6395 per share. Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 2,631,000 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
