Mandatory Notification of Trading by Primary Insiders

Oslo, 1 December 2025 Svend Egil Larsen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Nordic Financials ASA, has today, through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, purchased 43 512 shares in Nordic Financials ASA at NOK 1.7772 per share. Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 2,500,000 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
